The draft technical regulations are available on the European Commission's\u00a0TRIS website.<\/a>. The database for Directive 2015\/1535\/EU is open to the public. Technical regulations are sorted into categories (e.g. construction, agriculture, chemicals...), which makes it easier to search. TRIS also offers the possibility to automatically send draft technical regulations by email free of charge.<\/p>\n

Any Member State may send comments on a draft technical regulation of another Member State. If you believe that a proposal would cause problems or create a technical barrier to trade within the EU internal market, you can contact the contact point for Directive 2015\/1535\/EU in the Czech Republic:<\/p>\n
