Involvement in the activities of EU Council working groups<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (\u00daNMZ) provides, in accordance with\u00a0Government Resolution No. 427\/2003<\/a>\u00a0on Institutional Assurance of the Czech Republic's Membership in the EU and Coordination of the Decision-Making Process (as amended - last amended by\u00a0Government Resolution No. 571\/2007<\/a> on amendments to certain government resolutions in connection with the Czech Republic's EU membership) the activity of the G7 Working Group of the EU Council for Technical Harmonisation (G7 WG) within the Sectoral Coordination Group of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT).<\/p>\n

PS G7 is composed of several\u00a0working subgroups, <\/a>The composition of these bodies varies according to the priorities of the individual EU Council presidencies and the state of play of the legislative proposal under discussion.<\/p>\n

The agenda discussed within the working subgroups of the G7 WG, i.e. legislative and non-legislative proposals and acts under delegated competence, falls not only under the direct responsibility of the CNMI, but also partly under the responsibility of other government departments and bodies (MIT, MoD, MoH, MoHe, MoE, M\u017dP, CTU, \u010cB\u00da...). In these cases, the CNMI acts as a coordinator in the preparation of documents for the meeting within the framework of the established cooperation mechanism.<\/p>\n

The following legislative proposals are currently under discussion in the G7:<\/p>\n

V r\u00e1mci PS G7 jsou \u0159e\u0161eny aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed ot\u00e1zky evropsk\u00e9 normalizace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed EU strategy for European standardisation<\/a>, in particular increasing the role of Member States in strengthening the European standardisation system, strengthening Europe's leadership in international standardisation, accelerating the development and adoption of standards in the EU in new strategic areas, more intensive involvement of national experts in standardisation, evaluating the functioning of Regulation (EU) No 1025\/2012 on European standardisation, etc.<\/p>\n

D\u00e1le PS G7 projedn\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1vrhy rozhodnut\u00ed Rady o postoj\u00edch, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed b\u00fdt jm\u00e9nem Unie p\u0159ijaty na World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations ECE\/UN (WP.29)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the topics currently under discussion, the \u00daNMZ also continuously participates in the preparation of documents for the meetings of other preparatory bodies of the EU Council, such as:<\/p>\n
