Report can be made by written submission addressed to the Office stating \"For the attention of the Competent Person only\", by e-mail to the address \"protipravnijednani@unmz.gov.cz\" a<\/em> <em>or by dropping an addressed or anonymous report into the box for complaints, objections and reports located on the fifth floor of the registerred office \/temporary workplace of the \u00daNMZ.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em> The Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing as the obliged entity excludes the acceptance of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activities for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Reports will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures and within the time limits set out in the Directive (EU) 2019\/1937.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00daNMZ jako povinn\u00fd subjekt ve smyslu sm\u011brnice EU 2019\/1937, o ochran\u011b oznamovatel\u016f informuje, \u017ee: ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o poru\u0161en\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00fdch oblastech pr\u00e1va Evropsk\u00e9 unie lze pod\u00e1vat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vnit\u0159n\u00edho oznamovac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu \u00daNMZ.
