The purpose of the evaluation is to assess whether the Lifts Directive remains fit for purpose according to those who develop, manufacture, import, distribute, install, assess conformity, maintain, upgrade, repair, recycle, own or use lifts and safety components for lifts, or supervise or coordinate these activities.
