On behalf of the Czech side the Memorandum was signed by Ing. Ji\u0159\u00ed Kratochv\u00edl, Chairman of \u00daNMZ, on behalf of the Uzbek side Akmal Jumanazarov, Director of O'ZTTSA. The Memorandum establishes a framework for the implementation of specific activities according to the needs and interests of both parties and allows for the continuation of long-term cooperation between the two institutions.
