{"id":12269,"date":"2026-02-19T11:09:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T10:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unmz.gov.cz\/?p=12269"},"modified":"2026-02-20T11:49:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T10:49:30","slug":"targeted-study-for-the-revision-of-the-new-nlf-legislative-framework","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unmz.gov.cz\/en\/cileny-pruzkum-k-revizi-noveho-legislativniho-ramce-nlf\/","title":{"rendered":"Targeted survey on the revision of the New Legislative Framework (NLF)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European Commission (DG GROW) has launched <strong>A targeted survey as part of the consultation process for the preparation of an impact assessment study in the context of a possible revision of the New Legislative Framework (NLF).<\/strong> Based on an analysis of past shortcomings, the aim of this study is to propose a modification of the rules to ensure the readiness of the NLF framework for new technologies, digitalisation and the requirements of the circular economy.<\/p>\n<p>This consultation targets public authorities (including market surveillance authorities, notifying authorities and customs authorities), individual economic operators, conformity assessment bodies and notified bodies operating in sectors covered by the NLF.
