{"id":2305,"date":"2020-03-17T11:08:14","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T10:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmz.gov.cz\/?p=2305"},"modified":"2020-03-17T12:03:00","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T11:03:00","slug":"current-information-office-for-technical-standardization-metrology-and-status-expertise-issued-in-connection-with-limitation-of-free-movement-of-persons-in-cr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unmz.gov.cz\/en\/aktualni-informace-uradu-pro-technickou-normalizaci-metrologii-a-statni-zkusebnictvi-vydane-v-souvislosti-s-omezenim-volneho-pohybu-osob-v-cr\/","title":{"rendered":"Current information issued by the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing in connection with the restriction of free movement of persons in the Czech Republic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In connection with the government resolution on the adoption of a crisis measure, which, among other things, restricted the free movement of persons on the territory of the Czech Republic, which took effect on 16 March 2020 from 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on 24 March, we have taken the following measures within the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Carrying out the Office's core activities<\/strong>20\/1993 Coll., on ensuring the exercise of state administration in the field of technical standardization, metrology and state testing, Act No. 22\/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on amending and supplementing certain acts, Act No. 90\/2016 Coll., on conformity assessment of specified products when they are supplied to the market and Act No. 505\/1990 Coll., on metrology <strong>is not interrupted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The seat of the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing is temporarily closed to the public. Electronic means of communication may be used for all communications (e.g. submissions).<\/li>\n<li>The Conference Centre for the Public is suspended until further notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will keep you informed of further developments.
