{"id":6386,"date":"2022-06-23T09:45:11","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T07:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmz.gov.cz\/?p=6386"},"modified":"2022-11-15T09:54:42","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T08:54:42","slug":"draft-new-cpr-and-package-for-the-circular-economy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unmz.gov.cz\/en\/navrh-noveho-narizeni-cpr-a-balicek-k-obehovemu-hospodarstvi\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft new CPR and Circular Economy Package"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 30 March 2022, the European Commission presented a package on the circular economy (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_22_2013\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_22_2013<\/a>) draft regulation on the marketing of construction products.<br \/>\nThe draft Regulation is a comprehensive amendment of the existing Regulation (EU) No 305\/2011 and aims in particular to address the identified shortcomings of the currently applicable Regulation and to take into account the objectives of the Green Deal for Europe specified in the Circular Economy Action Plan or the Communication on the Renovation Wave.<br \/>\nThe main elements of the proposal include clarification of the scope of the regulated area (including the inclusion of reused and 3D printed building products and prefabricated houses), the introduction of environmental, functional and safety requirements for building products; the definition of the so-called \"safety requirements\".
