The Memorandum provides a framework for mutual cooperation in specific areas of interest and according to the needs of both parties, focusing in particular on current issues, tasks and challenges of Mr Chongwook Chin, Director of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS), who was accompanied by Mr Park Jong-sup, Mr Chanjong An and Mr. Jun Gyu Park, representatives of the Division of International Cooperation for Standardization of KATS, as well as Taehoon Kim, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Czech
