FOR INFORMATION - Launch of the Database of Information Obligations (DIP)

The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) has launched an online Database of Information Obligations, where entrepreneurs can find an overview of legislative obligations in one place. All the information is available as open data with the possibility of free export, and for each obligation there is also a simple description, including information on how and in what form it can be fulfilled.
On 11 February 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade launched the Database of Information Obligations (DIP), which is available from the web address https://dip.gov.cz. The DIP centralizes responsibilities into one clear interface and provides details of each of them. In addition to a description of each piece of legislation, it also provides information on how and in what form the obligation can be fulfilled. If it is possible to fulfil it electronically, the database offers a data box ID, links to forms or relevant information systems of authorities, among others to the information system Register of Trade Enterprise, whose presentation layer is the Trade Enterprise Portal (https://www.rzp.cz/portal/cs/).
For more information on the database, which, among other things, guides the sole trader through the trade regulations and refers the sole trader to, for example, the Unified Registration Form and other services of the Trade Business Portal, see the Press Release of the Ministry - https://www.mpo.gov.cz/cz/rozcestnik/pro-media/tiskove-zpravy/zakony-pro-podnikatele-prehledne-a-na-jednom-miste--mpo-spustilo-databazi-informacnich-povinnosti--286043/.
