Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic

The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Health further deepens the inter-ministerial cooperation, which was updated by the signing of the Memorandum with SÚKL in December last year. The content of the Memorandum is a commitment to act in a unified manner in national and international negotiations affecting the competences of both parties.

The cooperation includes sharing information and discussing issues of common interest in the implementation and application of the Medical Devices Regulation and the In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation.
