Deepening bilateral cooperation between the Czech Republic and Uzbekistan

On Tuesday, 20 January 2026, the President of the ÚNMZ Ing. Jiří Kratochvíl welcomed an expert delegation from Uzbekistan led by Alisher Dodoev, Head of the Technical Policy Implementation Department of the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation (UzStandard). The study tour of the representatives of the quality infrastructure bodies subordinated to UzStandard is mainly focused on the field of standardization and state testing as well as market surveillance. The professional program of the meeting, provided by experts from the UzZMZ and the Czech Agency for Standardization, was mainly focused on sharing experiences in the field of building and functioning of the national standardization system and the duties of the WTO/TBT Information Point.
