Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Uzbek Technical Regulatory Agency and the Uzbek Technical Regulatory Authority

On the occasion of the 10th meeting of the Czech-Uzbek Commission for Economic, Industrial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing (O'ZTTSA) and the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation was signed on 18 March 2025 at the premises of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Prague. On behalf of the Czech side the Memorandum was signed by Ing. Jiří Kratochvíl, Chairman of ÚNMZ, on behalf of the Uzbek side Akmal Jumanazarov, Director of O'ZTTSA. The Memorandum establishes a framework for the implementation of specific activities according to the needs and interests of both parties and allows for the continuation of long-term cooperation between the two institutions.
