Amendment to Directive 2014/32/EU on measuring instruments

On 20 March 2026, Directive (EU) 2026/706 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2026 was published in the Official Journal of the EU, amending Directive 2014/32/EU as regards metering systems for electric vehicle recharging points and compressed gas dispensers, and electricity meters, gas meters and heat meters. The Directive will enter into force on 9 April 2026.
