Working bodies of the European Commission
ÚNMZ ensures representation of the Czech Republic in the working bodies of the European Commission - comitology committees and expert groups established by European legislation which fall within the remit of the Authority. A list of these working bodies, including contact persons, is given in the table below.

Membership and priorities of the European Commission
Aktuální sbor Evropské komise byl schválen Evropským parlamentem 27. listopadu 2024 a svého mandátu se ujal 1. prosince 2024 a tím zahájil své pětileté funkční období. Předsedkyně kolegia Ursula von der Leyenová provedla změny v organizačním členění EK a jednotlivé komisaře stanovila vedoucími projektových týmů zodpovídajích za určité tématické portfolio. Obchodní a ekonomické záležitosti v rámci Komise povede Valdis Dombrovskis (Lotyšsko), energetickou politiku a otázky bydlení Dan Jørgensen (Dánsko) a výkonnou místopředsedkyní pro technickou suverenitu, bezpečnost a demokracii je Henna Virkunnen (Finsko). Agendu vnitřního trhu vede Stéphane Séjourné (Francie). Český eurokomisař, Josef Síkela, jenž v letošním roce vystřídal Věru Jourovou, bude mít na starosti agendu mezinárodního partnerství. On 21 October 2025, the European Commission published its Work programme for 2026 entitled „Europe’s Independence Moment“, which focuses on building a stronger and more sovereign EU with an emphasis on security and competitiveness.
The main objectives of the EC's work programme for 2026 are as follows:
